Review Process & Indexing

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by independent reviewers based on originality, technical quality, significance, and relevance to the themes.

Accepted papers will be presented during the volume and published in the book proceedings by Elsevier, indexed in major databases including:

Camera-Ready Guidelines

Authors may prepare manuscripts using Microsoft Word formats according to Elsevier formatting guidelines. The camera-ready submission must include:

  • Source files (.doc / .docx files)
  • PDF version of the manuscript

All accepted papers must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Address reviewer comments and suggested revisions.
  • Follow Elsevier one-column formatting guidelines.
  • Remain within the prescribed page limit (12–20 pages).
  • Maintain a similarity index below 6% and ZERO AI utilization.
  • Be uploaded through the official submission platform before the deadline.

There are no submission or acceptance fees for papers submitted to this publication.
