Proceedings of the International Conference on Energy, Intelligence Systems, and Cloud Computing (Ingenio 2026), present the manuscripts accepted in the Ingenio26, hosted by the School of Electrical Engineering and the School of Artificial Intelligence at Shenyang University of Technology, Liaoning, China. The conference is held in a hybrid format (both in-person and online) from July 29-31, 2026, at the Shenyang Sun Lion Marriott Hotel (Renaissance Hotel).

Each paper has been evaluated by at least three independent reviewers based on originality, significance, and technical quality. Accepted papers are being presented at the conference and published in the conference proceedings. High-quality accepted papers are published in the top editorial of Springer, in the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems Series, and indexed in major databases, including: DBLP; EI Compendex; INSPEC; Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series; SCImagoSCOPUS; WTI AG; zbMATH

Ingenio 2026 serves as a forum for researchers and industry experts to share innovative solutions that bridge advanced technology with real-world operational needs. The conference encourages submissions that explore applications beyond controlled laboratory environments, fostering exchange between theory-driven and data-driven approaches.
