Proceedings of the International Conference on Energy, Intelligence Systems, and Cloud Computing (Ingenio 2026), present the manuscripts accepted in the Ingenio26, hosted by the School of Electrical Engineering and the School of Artificial Intelligence at Shenyang University of Technology, Liaoning, China. The conference is held in a hybrid format (both in-person and online) from July 29-31, 2026, at the Shenyang Sun Lion Marriott Hotel (Renaissance Hotel).

Each paper has been evaluated by at least three independent reviewers based on originality, significance, and technical quality.
