The conference will be held in a hybrid format (both in-person and online) from July 29-31, 2026, at the Shenyang Sun Lion Marriott Hotel (Renaissance Hotel).

Call for Papers
We welcome the submission of full papers for peer review. Each paper will be evaluated by at least three independent reviewers based on originality, significance, and technical quality. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and published in the conference proceedings. High-quality accepted papers will be published in a top editorial, which will be published in Springer, in the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems Series, and indexed in major databases, including: DBLP; EI Compendex; INSPEC; Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series; SCImago; SCOPUS; WTI AG; zbMATH

Camera-ready Guidelines

Instructions: The author can either use LaTeX or Word format for the submission of camera ready paper. For the LaTeX format, authors must upload the original source files in .ZIP as well as upload the pdf version of your paper. For your convenience, we have provided both Latex and Word Templates here:

Also, the Copyright Form is mandatory for publication with Springer. You must fill out the following form and upload it to submit along with the Camera-Ready Paper.

All authors must adhere to the following submission guidelines for your camera-ready paper:

  •  The authors must address the changes suggested by the reviewers. The papers will be reviewed once again to make sure that authors have addressed all suggested changes.
  • Papers must be formatted according to the Springer Format (one-column page).
  •  The camera-ready version of the paper must be updated on this Platform
  •  Papers must be within the page limit defined by Springer: 12-15 pages.
  •  The similarity of the papers must not exceed 15%.
